MY EXPERIENCES OF POSITIVE THERAPY

POSITIVE THERAPY, POSITIVE OUTCOMES - AN INTRODUCTION.

If you read through the lines of many of my stories, you might notice I have had a huge crying out for help. This is due to so many bad life experiences that have affected my physical and mental well being. Consequently, no one ever enabled me to understand just what was going on in my mind and the surrounding World. Every thought I had was of a manic and desperate need to tell.  Therefore, whenever I had the chance to talk to a counsellor, I never really made much sense at all.  I was just crying out with no positive outcome likely.  That is until a counsellor gave me a wake up call that enabled me to work towards an understanding of my problems, by learning how to communicate them in a two-way conversation. Now through this understanding, I can work towards a positive and healthy outcome in my life.

Please read on to see how, with the right help, people can begin the journey towards a better life...

With due care Paul Davidson
